We use the Mindful Creative Writing Method™, a brief teaching followed by a guided writing practice designed to help you ignore stressors and connect with your imagination.
Prep
Choose whatever writing setup feels most grounding—digital or pen and paper. Pick something that lets you step away from alerts and notifications. Everything else can wait.
